Responsibilities

• Oversee The Discipleship/Next Steps Of Children
• Preaching/Teaching At Weekly GO Kids Gatherings
• Ensure The Safety, Excellence & Engagement Of All GO Kids Gatherings
• Oversee Pastoral Care For Children
• Resource The Parents
• Ensure Clear & Consistent Communication With Parents
• Lead Parent Meetings
• Develop The GO Kids Team
• Ensure Clear & Consistent Communication & Scheduling Of GO Kids Team
• Oversee Pastoral Care For GO Kids Team
• Recruit, Train & Develop GO Kids Team Members
• Lead Consistent & Effective GO Kids Team Meetings & Huddles
• Create & Optimize A Scalable Layered Leadership Structure
• Plan/Execute GO Kids Calendar Of Events
• Manage GO Kids Budget & Inventory
• Consistent Correspondence/Administration Within All GO Church Platforms

• Formal Bible education, training and/or certification.
• Experience in constructing and organizing approved financial budgets.
• Experience in public speaking, preaching or teaching.
• Ability to develop and grow staff/volunteers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/ministries effectively.
• Ability to learn/use G‑Suite Apps such as docs, sheets and slides.
• Ability to learn/use Planning Center church database software, BambooHR platform and Base Camp 3 Project Management Software.
