Summary ofJob Duties:
The Research Professional will oversee the managerial logistics of implementation for the longitudinal evaluation of the Arkansas EFA Program. Responsibilities will include developing timelines for completion of work products included in the project, coordinating all project communications including the scheduling of regular project team meetings, planning and organizing biannual meetings of the Advisory Board, managing travel requests and reimbursements for the team, assisting in the collection of publicly available data, and assisting with report preparation.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least three years or more of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience conducting field research
- Familiarity with education in Arkansas
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Proficient in the programs of Microsoft Suite
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Good written and oral communication
- Effective at working in teams
Additional Information:
This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
This position is a Designated Research Position and is regulated by the Arkansas Research Education Protection Act of 2025. Prior to issuance of an offer of employment, the University is required to request and obtain additional information about an applicant's background and, if required, conduct an additional review of that background information.
