Executive Education Program Manager

The Executive Education Program Manager is responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of the Executive Education open-enrollment program portfolio. This position identifies Executive Education needs as indicated by the market/industry, collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts to design relevant programs, and oversees program delivery from concept through evaluation. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison among faculty, participants, marketing, and operational partners to ensure high-quality learning experiences that meet market demand and achieve enrollment goals.

Specific responsibilities include identifying and communicating Executive Education program needs, as indicated by industry; assisting with the development of a portfolio of innovative programs that evolve with industry and market demand; recruit, develop and support faculty as they develop Executive Education open enrollment programs; partner with the marketing director to effectively market programs; develop and maintain budgets, continuously reporting financial positions;

manage program logistics and evaluations; oversee program implementation to ensure alignment with budget parameters and quality standards, and execute work with minimal supervision. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Communications, Adult Education, Higher Education, Organizational Leadership, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Experience developing, coordinating, or managing training, professional development, educational, or workforce development programs
  • Experience managing projects, events, or program logistics

Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in executive education, corporate learning and development, workforce development, continuing education, or university-based professional education
  • Experience collaborating with faculty, instructors, consultants, or subject matter experts
  • Experience with program budgeting, enrollment management, and financial reporting
  • Experience supervising student employees, temporary staff, or part-time employees
  • Experience with marketing, program promotion, or participant recruitment strategies
  • Experience translating market, industry, or stakeholder needs into programmatic solutions

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
