Responsibilities
- Find new customers and/or additional work with current customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.
- Provide exceptional customers service, including post-installation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional sales or upgrades.
- Visit and check in on plants/jobsites to ensure client's needs are met.
- Attend bid meetings, prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for Process & Utility Piping solutions. Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and align with client budgets and expectations. Mitigate company risks while reviewing potential projects.
- Work closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with the client's infrastructure and requirements.
- Use Buildr software to document all sales activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales progress, challenges, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed the sales goal given by the Business Unit Leader.
- Communicate and oversee the Project Manager on all project statuses at any given point in time.
- Review documents provided by the Project Managers.
- Oversees final walk through with Foreman and Project Manager to ensure client' satisfaction - seal the deal!
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Process and Utility Piping Systems
- Sales experience, preferred
- Business degree preferred and/or applicable years of industry experience
- In depth understanding of Project Lifecyle from Preconstruction to Closeout.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with Procore - Project Management Software (preferred)
- Experience with Buildr, preferred.
