Senior Electrical Engineer - Food & Beverage - Northwest Arkansas (Open to Relocators)

Metric Geo is partnering with a growing engineering and project management firm to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer for their team in Northwest Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working on technically complex, multi-discipline projects and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.

• Design and oversee electrical systems for industrial and food manufacturing facilities
• Develop electrical calculations and documentation for Issue for Construction (IFC) packages
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and regulatory standards
• Support energy-efficient system design and optimization initiatives
• Verify electrical equipment meets safety, performance, and operational requirements
• Produce accurate schematics, specifications, and scope documentation
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, process, and project management teams
• Support budget development and cost tracking for electrical scopes
• Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with budget expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• 6+ years of industrial electrical design experience
• 4+ years of hands-on field experience
• Strong background in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D) for electrical design
• Clear communicator with strong technical documentation skills
