Position Summary
Miller Newell Engineering is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) to support and lead electrical design efforts as we expand in Northwest Arkansas. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening our capabilities and serving as a technical leader within a growth-oriented company.
This is a unique opportunity for a Professional Engineer who wants both technical responsibility and meaningful influence in shaping our future culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical system design for commercial and industrial projects
- Design power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
- Serve as Engineer of Record for our electrical discipline.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Support business development efforts

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong commercial/industrial electrical design experience
- Proficiency in Revit Required. (AutoCAD experience valued)
- Deep knowledge of NEC and other applicable codes
