Job Summary
Performs the coordination and integration of different departments to ensure that the aircraft or components are on schedule, mitigate risks in a timely manner, and the aircraft/components meet the Dassault quality and safety level. The goal is to accomplish the production process in the smoothest, most judicious and most economical way.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities- Assess the risk induced by new tasks or reworks on the aircraft or components progress and define action plans to negate those risks, and propose risk reduction plans for future improvement.
- Coordinate and manage daily technical action plans and follow up with assembly team managers concerning assignment of tasks, operations and discrepancies to be performed on the aircraft or components according to the schedule and expected quality level.
- Conduct daily monitoring of critical issues and make improvements when needed (including shortages, technical events and schedule) with actions necessary to keep the line moving, and report to the assembly team manager about critical issues with recommendations and actions to resolve them.
- Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure materials, parts, documentation, engineering data and other items are delivered to the aircraft or shop on time.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and define a corrective action plan to improve the process or product in regards to cost, schedule, quality, etc.
- Manage aircraft or components transfers, projects and new processes under the supervision of Business Unit management.
- Utilize support teams to maintain the aircraft or components production process and to improve the schedule.
- May be selected as the assembly team’s subject‑matter expert (SME) for special projects.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
- 2 years of experience = 1 year of education.
- Three (3) years of experience in aircraft completions, maintenance and/or components manufacturing.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and challenges related to the management of the production process.
- Ability to research, analyze and recommend efficient production processes through production engineering concepts regarding work‑study, ergonomics, operations research, root‑cause analysis, manufacturing management, materials management, production planning, etc.
- Ability to read, understand and communicate (verbally and in writing) technical information contained in aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems by determining and following detailed action plans.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project, Access and SharePoint.
- Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Fluent in French.
- Aeronautical experience.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses.
- Leadership experience.
- Formal training in Lean/Continuous improvement.
- PMP Certification.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic.
Typical office and manufacturing environments. Must be able to work for long periods at a computer terminal and in a manufacturing environment with noise. Travel by surface and air, including international as required. This position is designated as a safety‑sensitive position because it includes operating equipment and tools on a routine basis and concerns the service and completion of aircraft and overall airworthiness.
A lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death. The employee must maintain a constant state of alertness and concentrate for long periods of time while performing safety activities.
The compensation for this position typically falls between $64,426.00 and $86,031.00 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines but may be eligible for shift differential. The final compensation offered will depend on factors such as type and years of relevant experience, Falcon‑specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
