Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Infrastructure

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

• Design and manage projects in water distribution, including pump stations, storage facilities, and distribution mains.
• Design and manage projects in wastewater collection, including lift stations, force mains, and gravity sewers.
• Oversee pipeline inspection and rehabilitation.
• Develop water and wastewater master planning.
• Coordinate with other support disciplines, regional offices, and regulating agencies.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control plans.
• Responsible for construction management for local projects (excluding construction observation).
• Maintain periodic travel for projects, conferences, and other duties as needed.
• Conduct written and oral project reporting for clients and team leadership.

• Technically competent in water or wastewater engineering and civil engineering.
• Experience managing scope, budget, and schedule for multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience developing detailed project instructions, scope of work, level of effort, and man‑hour estimates.
• Strong time‑management and work‑product quality focus.
• Accurate and up‑to‑date project accounting skills.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication for client and internal reporting.
• Experience preparing and executing quality assurance and quality control plans.
• Experience leading internal and external project workshops.
• Commitment to continuing education and learning based on project needs.
• Construction management experience for local projects (excluding construction observation).

• Water and wastewater consulting experience.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit.
