Halff has a hybrid position open for a Water and Wastewater Project Manager. This position presents a tremendous opportunity for responsibility and growth. The position is located in Fayetteville, AR or Oklahoma City, OK, and offers a hybrid work schedule with relocation bonus for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities- Proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading and developing construction plans and specifications
- Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi‑discipline teams and subconsultants
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedules, and identify and resolve issues
- Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice
- Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (all disciplines eligible; preferably Biological, Civil, or Environmental Engineering)
- 4+ years of engineering experience in the Water and Wastewater industry (treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines)
- Licensed Professional Engineer, preferably in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading and developing construction plans and specifications
- Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi‑discipline teams and subconsultants
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedules, and identify resolutions of issues
- Ability to generate scopes of work, schedules, and budgets
- Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice
- Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts
- Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro, Info Water is a plus
