Location:
Fayetteville, AR Salary: $90K-$150K (salary depends on experience) Our client is a well established mechanical contractor serving the commercial, industrial, healthcare and institutional markets with plumbing, process piping and HVAC systems since 1980. They are one of the largest mechanical contractors in Arkansas and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead projects across Northwest Arkansas, including office buildings, hotels, schools and healthcare facilities.
What You Will Do
- Manage mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, including HVAC and piping scopes
- Build and manage schedules, budgets and manpower plans
- Coordinate with GCs, engineers, architects and owners
- Oversee submittals, RFIs and change orders
- Support field superintendents to keep work safe, on time and on budget
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing mechanical, HVAC or piping construction projects
- Proven experience in sheet metal project management for construction projects
- Strong budgeting, scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving ability
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
