Overview
Assistant Project Manager – Land Development. Regular Full-Time, Fayetteville, AR, US.

Responsibilities- Develop construction documents for site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Construction document sets include site plans, grading and drainage, utilities, erosion control, plan sheets, and applicable details.
- Coordinate with the project team to develop and complete projects on time and on budget.
- Complete plan review comments from internal quality control and city review processes.
- Prepare written communications, applications, and reports.
- Review and implement municipal zoning ordinances, geotechnical reports, as well as state and federal codes to ensure project compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to identify opportunities and constraints for development sites, assist in municipal meetings and submittals, and complete plan revisions as needed to obtain project approval.
- Prepare for, attend, and lead meetings with internal and external clients.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture (strongly preferred).
- 4–5 years of related experience.
- PE or PLA licensure or the ability to obtain licensure;
Arkansas licensure preferred. - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ethical conduct, time management, organization, personal effectiveness/credibility, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Takes initiative, displays creativity, problem solving, and strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic.
Travel will be expected for this position but will not require regular overnight stays.
