Olsson is seeking a Civil Designer (Design Associate) with 8+ years of drafting and design experience to join our team in Arkansas. You will perform complex drafting assignments, prepare drawings, and ensure designs meet objectives and standards.
You will work independently, may supervise less experienced staff, and collaborate across disciplines on land development projects, grading, surface creation, and utility design. Proficiency in Civil 3D is required.
