Position: Chief Financial Officer / Controller
We’releading a confidential executive search for a strategic Chief Financial Officeror Controller prepared to influence direction, accelerate growth,oversee financial operations,and serve as a true financial partner to executive leadership.

This position will be based in Northwest Arkansas/Rogers.

• Enterprise financial strategy and executive decision support

• Forecasting, capital planning, and performance optimization

• Risk management and financial governance

• Growth initiatives and operational alignment

• Development of a high-performing finance organization

• Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting

• Improve internal controls, compliance, and operational processes

• Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting

• Mentor and develop accounting staff

• Support audit readiness and financial transparency

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financeor Business relatedfieldrequired

• Master's Degree in, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare financial management preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within a hospital or healthcare system preferred

• 1-3 years ofrecent CFO experience in a proprietary health system preferred

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or
