Drybar Fayetteville is looking for talented, enthusiastic Cosmetologists to join our team! In this role, you'll specialize in delivering beautiful blowouts and styling services while creating an unforgettable guest experience. You'll consult with guests to understand their style goals, recommend products to help them recreate their look at home, and contribute to the fun, upbeat atmosphere that makes Drybar unique.

• Perform Drybar signature blowouts, dry styles, and finishing services according to brand standards.
• Shampoo, condition, and style guests using professional blowout techniques.
• Consult with guests to recommend styles and products that best fit their needs.
• Promote and educate guests on Drybar retail products and memberships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with state regulations and Drybar standards.
• Manage appointment timing while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and contribute to an outstanding salon culture.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on Drybar techniques and product knowledge.

• Active Arkansas Cosmetology License or current enrollment in an Arkansas cosmetology program.
• Strong blowout and styling skills, including proficiency with brushes, hot tools, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and salon safety standards.
• Passion for retail and educating guests on products that support healthy, beautiful hair.
• Reliable, professional, and positive attitude that reflects the Drybar brand.
• Previous salon or blowout bar experience is a plus, but not required.
