** As an Activity Assistant, you will work closely with the Activity Director to bring our community to life.

** Assist in running a creative and interactive activities program tailored to our residents' interests.
* ** Resident Engagement:
** Meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident through engaging social events, games, and projects.
* ** Quality Standards:
** Ensure all activities meet federal, state, and corporate guidelines to maintain the highest level of care.

** Help align activities with resident assessments to ensure everyone is included and motivated.
