Overview
We are seeking full-time Pediatric Speech Therapists and SLPAs for our multidisciplinary, therapist-owned clinics in Springdale and Rogers. Our clinic prioritizes community support, ongoing education, competitive pay, work/life balance, leadership development, and mentorship. We specialize in treating children with developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnoses, offering in-clinic and occasional home visits.
Responsibilities- Develop personalized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions
- Motivate children
- Consult with a multidisciplinary team
- Document services
- Active Arkansas ST license
- Willingness to obtain Medicaid provider number
- Professional behavior and excellent communication skills
- A positive, collaborative attitude
- Spanish skills are preferred
