Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic.
This full-time, salaried position is ideal for a BCBA who values manageable caseloads, strong clinical collaboration, and an operational structure designed to support ethical, high-quality ABA services.
Our clinical environment allows BCBAs to focus on client outcomes while being supported by an experienced administrative and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis
- Modify treatment programs based on clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation
- Partner with a supportive interdisciplinary team
- Performance-based bonus for exceeding billable targets (typically ~$15,000)

Education & Certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Licensure
- Eligible for (or willing to obtain) North Carolina licensure
Qualifications
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with pediatric populations
