Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic. This full-time, salaried leadership role is designed for a confident clinician who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and supporting both clients and team members.

The Senior BCBA plays a key role in strengthening clinical quality, guiding fellow clinicians, and partnering with leadership to ensure ethical, effective, and consistent ABA programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
  • Mentor and support BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and program modifications
  • Review and analyze clinical data to drive treatment decisions
  • Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners
  • Support clinical problem-solving and case consultation
  • Contribute to clinic performance, culture, and clinical outcomes

Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Licensure

  • Eligible for (or willing to obtain) North Carolina licensure

Experience

  • Demonstrated clinical experience as a BCBA
  • Experience supervising clinicians and/or RBTs preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in ABA programming and ethical practice
  • Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff
  • Advanced data analysis and treatment planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organized, professional, and collaborative
