Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic. This full-time, salaried leadership role is designed for a confident clinician who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and supporting both clients and team members.
The Senior BCBA plays a key role in strengthening clinical quality, guiding fellow clinicians, and partnering with leadership to ensure ethical, effective, and consistent ABA programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
- Mentor and support BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and program modifications
- Review and analyze clinical data to drive treatment decisions
- Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners
- Support clinical problem-solving and case consultation
- Contribute to clinic performance, culture, and clinical outcomes

Education & Certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Licensure
- Eligible for (or willing to obtain) North Carolina licensure
Experience
- Demonstrated clinical experience as a BCBA
- Experience supervising clinicians and/or RBTs preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in ABA programming and ethical practice
- Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff
- Advanced data analysis and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, professional, and collaborative
