Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic.

This full-time, salaried position is ideal for a BCBA who values manageable caseloads, strong clinical collaboration, and an operational structure designed to support ethical, high-quality ABA services.

Our clinical environment allows BCBAs to focus on client outcomes while being supported by an experienced administrative and leadership team.

To help children with autism achieve independence and gain confidence by providing best-in-class ABA services. We partner with families every step of the way, guiding and supporting progress so each child can build meaningful life skills and reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis
  • Modify treatment programs based on clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation
  • Partner with a supportive interdisciplinary team
Compensation
  • Performance-based bonus for exceeding billable targets (typically ~$15,000)

Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Licensure

  • Eligible for (or willing to obtain) North Carolina licensure

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for working with pediatric populations
