Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) based in Fayetteville, AR. The role involves providing high‑quality care to patients by performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, educating patients on medical procedures and lifestyle modifications, documenting patient interactions accurately, and contributing to a team‑oriented healthcare environment.
The APRN/PA will ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards while upholding a patient‑first approach to care.
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Current licensure as an APRN or PA, and certification in the state of Arkansas
- Experience in weight‑loss management or bariatric specialty is a plus
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care
- Previous surgical first‑assist experience preferred.
