AI Powered UI Web Developer

Overview

OZK Vans is looking for a highly driven, tech-forward AI-Powered UI / Web Developer who knows how to leverage modern AI tools to produce high-quality work at exceptional speed. This is not a traditional web role. We are looking for someone who thrives on automation, optimization, and multiplying output using AI.

Note:

NOT A REMOTE POSITION. WILL NEED TO COME INTO THE OFFICE FOR WORK.

You will own the creation and iteration of user interfaces, web layouts, and visual assets while leveraging AI to dramatically increase productivity and output. You’ll be responsible for designing UI structure and hierarchy, generating and refining visuals using AI tools, producing front-end code, and deploying projects through modern pipelines.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just “use” AI, but knows how to extract real production value from it.

• Design intuitive UI layouts, navigation structures, site hierarchy, and user flow experiences.
• Translate marketing goals into clear visual storytelling and user interface design.
• Use AI tools to rapidly generate, refine, and iterate on:
• Visual assets and images
• Page layouts and components
• Copy and content
• Front-end code

• Create and edit images using Adobe Photoshop with Adobe Firefly AI (precision edits, controlled changes, background generation, compositing, etc.).
• Generate and refine web code using AI tools (Claude preferred, ChatGPT acceptable).
• Build and deploy projects using:
• Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• Git Hub repositories
• Vercel hosting
• Push, manage, and maintain code repositories in Git Hub.
• Deploy and manage builds in Vercel (experience with Vercel’s web builder is a plus).
• Continuously optimize workflows for speed, quality, and scalability.
• Clearly communicate what was built, why it was built, and the business value created.

• Strong understanding of UI / UX principles
• Site hierarchy and sitemap structure
• User flow and navigation design
• Marketing-driven web presentation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• Git Hub
• Vercel
• Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Firefly AI for image creation and editing.
• Comfortable using AI tools for:
• Code generation and iteration
• Content generation
• Image generation and refinement
• Ability to move quickly, experiment intelligently, and iterate fast.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Self-directed, accountable, and performance-driven.
• You do NOT need to be a senior developer, but you must be capable of operating at a high execution level using modern tools.

• $25/hour
• Part-Time
