The Senior Data Analyst will be the most senior team member with a strong technical background, responsible for leveraging Traackr’s extensive dataset (millions of influencer performance and demographic/psychographic data points) to help clients optimize influencer investment and performance. Key focus areas include performance measurement, spend optimization, and return on investment.

The objectives of Traackr’s Professional Services team are:

• Become a strategic advisor to Traackr’s Enterprise Customers to help them optimize influencer programs by sharing best practices and developing advanced measurement solutions
• Generate insights and thought leadership in the influencer marketing space that contribute to Traackr’s innovation capabilities
• Develop new data analysis methodologies and visualizations that can be prototyped as services and influence our future product developments
• Help Customers make the most of their Traackr subscription by analyzing performance and offering strategic recommendations backed by data

• Develop innovative strategies for clients to leverage data to assess and understand the ROI of their investments with influencers
• Collaborate with Consultants and Client Partner teams to thoroughly understand client needs and devise effective methodologies for fulfilling project requests
• Coach and mentor members of the Insights team, enhancing their scripting and data visualization skills to build team capability
• Extract, aggregate, and visualize data from Traackr’s database to uncover trends and actionable insights that inform client strategies
• Document processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improving team efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to optimize data access and contribute valuable insights to the product roadmap. Introduce and implement new analytical methods and innovative technologies, advanced visualization tools, to enhance data analysis capabilities
• Collaborate and innovate with a team of passionate professional service and marketing experts to help position Traackr as the most advanced and actionable influencer marketing tool in the industry
• Analyze Traackr data to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights that support product development and marketing initiatives
• Utilize market research and statistical methodologies to perform thorough analyses, ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Perform data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain comprehensive research databases

• 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Proficiency in creating pivot tables and running regression models to analyze data trends
• Experience with R or Python for statistical programming and data manipulation
• Advanced expertise in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or R/Python to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Shell, R, and SQL
• Experience running scripts/programs from the Linux/Unix/OSX command line (terminal)
• Experience with text analysis and building word clouds to extract insights from unstructured data
• Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and meet deadlines
• Leadership skills with the capability to coach a team of junior analysts. A business-driven mindset aimed at solving real business issues and driving results
