One-liner: Leading AI image generation platform (7M Active users, $70M ARR with a 20-person team)

• Lead the strategy and maintenance of our analytics workspace. Ensure data integrity, manage the taxonomy, and train the broader team on how to self-serve insights
• Analyze user funnels, retention cohorts, and feature engagement to identify where users are getting stuck and where the "Aha!" moments are happening
• Partner with Product Managers to design A/B tests, define success metrics, and provide rigorous post-hoc analysis to determine what to ship
• Create high-visibility dashboards for the leadership team that track North Star metrics and leading indicators of growth
• Go beyond the "what" to the "why." Use analytics tools to perform exploratory analysis on user personas and monetization trends
• Be an advocate for data hygiene. Work closely with engineers to ensure new features are instrumented correctly before they hit production

Required

• Experience with Amplitude (or similar tools)
• Ability to architect a tracking plan from scratch
• Ability to turn raw event data into actionable insights
• Lead the strategy and maintenance of analytics workspace
• Ensure data integrity and manage taxonomy
• Train the broader team on self-serving insights
• Analyze user funnels, retention cohorts, and feature engagement
• Design A/B tests and define success metrics
• Provide rigorous post-hoc analysis
• Create high-visibility dashboards for leadership
• Perform exploratory analysis on user personas and monetization trends
• Advocate for data hygiene
• Work closely with engineers to ensure correct instrumentation

Preferred

• Experience in a startup environment
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
