Signature Bank of Arkansas is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second line support to internal Team Members. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining an Asset Database, and managing support calls to ensure a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong Windows system administration skills, experience with Active Directory, and at least 2 years in an IT-related field. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to compliance.
