CACI is seeking a Software/SATCOM Technician to support our government program. Qualified candidates will have experience configuring Cisco routers and switches, operating and configuring VSAT/iDirect, integration, fielding, production, installation, test, and evaluation, maintenance, and Life Cycle Sustainment Management (LCSM) in Department of Defense (DoD) C5
ISR systems, subsystems, and equipment.
- Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support 24/7 for all Navy Expeditionary Combatant Command (NECC) deployable C5
ISR terminals via telephone, email, and/or on-site support. - Provide technical support for all equipment and material under the NECC deployable C5
ISR program, maintain Lab Training system, troubleshoot equipment, and support testing for deployable C5
ISR terminals and associated transport terminals (Hawkeye III/IV VSAT Terminals, Starshield Terminals). - Responsible for network monitoring and cybersecurity compliance within regulatory standards.
- Handle software‑related items for deployable C5
ISR terminals, including Tier III repairs. - Provide installation, operation, and maintenance training and troubleshooting to personnel on software‑related matters.
- Assist in research and development efforts and modification of new and existing systems.
- Serve as primary software technician for satellite deployable nodes associated with the deployable C5
ISR terminal systems. - Provide weekly and as‑needed deliverables describing support provided to customers.
- Active Secret Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain Top Secret w/SCI clearance.
- Technical training in DoD C5
ISR systems, including Satellite Communications Equipment or Networking Equipment. - Security+ certification required.
- Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches.
- Specialized experience in design, development, testing, analysis, operation or maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4
ISR) deployable node. - Experience with software updates, programming and loading, research, and maintenance.
$60,100 - $123,200 (variable based on location, contract, experience, skills, education, and certifications).
