Responsibilities
The Student Technology Center Technician assists students, staff, and faculty with hardware and software support. This position works closely with students, answering technical questions and troubleshooting issues. Responsibilities also include managing equipment checkout for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance, and building collegial, harmonious working relationships.
Qualifications- High school diploma or formal education equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred: prior customer service experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer operations and software functions.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
$11.00 per hour.
