Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual 3

DEXPERIENCE Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the business‑side implementation of the 3

DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM solution
for Completion activities, ensuring the solution effectively supports operational needs and business objectives.

As the primary business representative for the project, you will work closely with the IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive successful delivery and adoption of the PLM solution. You will also lead a team of Business Analysts and Business Experts, fostering collaboration and alignment across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the business implementation of the 3

    DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution
    for Completion activities, serving as the primary business owner and decision‑maker.
  • Partner with the IT Project Manager to coordinate business and technical work streams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the PLM solution is aligned with business requirements, operational processes, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Business Experts, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements‑gathering sessions, process reviews, and key stakeholder meetings to drive decisions and maintain alignment.
  • Define, analyze, and optimize business processes to support effective PLM deployment and long‑term adoption.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee business testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments, and deployment preparation.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among business teams, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize the value and effectiveness of the PLM solution.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business expectations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Completion operations.
Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
    .
  • 5+ years of experience with PLM systems
    .
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the 3

    DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform

    .
  • Proven track record delivering PLM implementation or transformation projects.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP certification required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in 3

    DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and PLM implementation.
  • Strong project management skills with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Languages

  • Fluent in French (required).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
