Data Foundations AI Engineer Senior Manager

Job Title

This role sits on the Walmart Customer Team, supporting business users through fast, iterative delivery of data-driven and software-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and maintain software and data infrastructures that support business-facing use cases
• Develop and improve CI/CD and Dev Ops practices to support reliable, repeatable delivery
• Contribution to internal tools, documentation, and standards to accelerate our development capabilities

Job Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to write and maintain code (such as Python and SQL)
• Understanding of P&G Data & Analytics architecture (Azure, Databricks, Power BI Work spaces, Copilot Studio)
• Understanding of Dev Ops best practices (version control, CI/CD)
• Data engineering experience working with large datasets
• Enthusiasm for working directly with end-users and for figuring out to get the most out of the latest AI tools

Preferred:

• Experience deploying solutions through AI Factory, Pygentic, Power Apps
• Experience operating in a higher performing Agile team
• Application ownership experience

Location/Mobility:

• This role is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and will require a move to Northwest Arkansas to work directly with the Walmart Customer Team
