This isn’t your typical sit-in-a-cubicle, corporate-jargon, Monday-through-Friday job.
This one should actually be FUN—and it has the potential to be a great launchpad for someone interested in a career in technology.
You’ll get hands‑on experience with technology, work behind the scenes at some pretty cool venues and events, solve real‑world problems, and learn directly from experienced technology professionals.
No two shifts will be exactly the same, which is part of what makes this opportunity interesting.
Here’s the quick rundown:- Approximately 40 hours per month
, with the potential for more as we grow - Primarily evening hours Monday–Friday
, with additional weekend work as needed - This is not a traditional daytime 9–5 position
—our work often happens when venues are active, events are taking place, or technology needs to be supported after normal business hours - $15–$18 per hour
, depending on experience - Plenty of opportunities to learn new technology and build real-world, hands‑on skills
- Live in Northwest Arkansas (NWA)
- Have a reliable truck, car, or SUV that can occasionally transport technology equipment between venues—think laptops, monitors, printers, networking equipment, etc.
- Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be comfortable working on a ladder
- Be comfortable working in loud, active environments
- Genuinely enjoy learning about and working with technology
- Be eager, coachable, respectful, dependable, and punctual
- Have the flexibility to work evenings during the week and weekends when needed
You don’t need to know everything about technology on day one.
We care a lot more about finding someone with the right attitude who is excited to learn. We can teach technology.
Teaching someone to show up on time, care about doing a great job, take ownership, and represent our company well?
That’s a much tougher software update.
