Responsibilities
- Order Orchestration: Review open production orders daily to validate material availability, identify risks, and prioritize workflows based on customer demand and operational capacity.
- Workflow Release: Release and print accurate production orders, ensuring all components, machines, and setups are systematically ready for smooth manufacturing flow.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a vital bridge between Production, Warehouse, Shipping, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service to quickly resolve delivery roadblocks and order discrepancies.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and communicate inventory shortages or delivery risks, supporting critical recovery actions for past‑due or backordered accounts.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain daily production KPIs, status trackers, and communication logs to ensure high levels of transparency and on‑time delivery execution.
- Educational & Professional Foundation: A high school diploma or GED with a baseline understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, or order coordination environments.
- System Savvy: Previous experience navigating ERP or WMS systems—specifically SAP, Körber, or similar order management platforms.

Skills:
Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency coupled with a sharp attention to detail when auditing order quantities, data sheets, and daily reports. - Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate across multiple departments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Action-Oriented Focus: The ability to work independently, prioritize multi-layered demands, and swiftly elevate operational risks for immediate resolution.

Standard 40‑hour workweek applies; overtime and weekend hours could be possible, with working hours spent primarily in the warehouse environment.
Moderate to heavy physical activity including sitting, standing, walking, and moving throughout production/warehouse areas is required daily.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Regular exposure to standard industrial factors, including moving mechanical parts, varying warehouse/weather temperatures (extreme cold/heat), wet or humid conditions, and vibration.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
