Logistics Coordination
Initiating calls or emails to the customer care team to address potential delivery problems, provide updates, or gather necessary information related to outgoing shipments.
Collaborating with internal departments like Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, to resolve order/delivery issues.
Continuously monitoring daily metrics, KPIs, and Open delivery reports for assigned areas to identify deviations and initiate problem-solving efforts.
Providing support for UPS and LTL manifesting, which involves packing slips and Logistics Plus communication.
Managing international shipments, including handling routing, shipper's letters of instruction (SLI), and invoices.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by training and creating required documentation.
Being the subject matter expert in the area of responsibility, including but not limited to the WMS system and SAP, finding resolutions to systematic issues.
Monitoring BD87 daily in SAP for failed idocs and finding the resolution to clear.
Being the point of contact for freight carriers for any problem resolution.

- High Level of Knowledge with SAP, Korber, UPS Worldship, and Logistics Plus.
- Ability to learn new things quickly with WMS, and SAP and other software as implemented.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
- Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- At least 2‑3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, Korber, UPS Worldship, Logistics Plus.
- Ability to learn new technologies (WMS, SAP).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands. Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking are required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
