We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

• Comply with all Butterfield Trail Village policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize areas of responsibility according to Butterfield Trail Village and departmental policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize emergency spills promptly as they occur.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces thoroughly.
• Clean high‑dust areas including ceiling fans, wall ledges, tops of cabinets, refrigerators, and similar surfaces.
• Perform thorough cleaning in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Deliver and put away supplies; collect and transport linens (both soiled and clean), trash, and infectious waste safely.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with residents, staff, and visitors at all times.
