Recorder of Deeds
Grade: 130
Salary: $20.60/hour
- Providing marriage licenses, records searches, and recordation of real estate documents.
- Answering telephone inquiries related to recorder services.
- Handling money accurately and reconciling cash amounts at the close of each day.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the departmental standard turnaround time for real estate documents.
- High School diploma or the equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in record maintenance, law, or real estate.
- Must submit to and pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
