Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Management
Overview
We seek a Safety Supervisor in Corpus Christi, TX to provide HSE support and leadership for an EPCM project at a client facility.
ResponsibilitiesProvide HSE support and leadership to the project team and client.
Serve as a business partner with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to lead HSE excellence, ensuring no worker injuries or negative impacts to the client’s business continuity.
Support Beyond Zero performance, align with the Line of Business (LOB) vision and strategic plans, and provide overall leadership, management, and direction to the team and client.
Own and maintain open communication with HSE Director, HSE Manager, and peer HSE team members to provide technical guidance, ensuring alignment and consistent implementation of HSE process tools.
Provide visible support and leadership to stakeholders, offering interpretation, training, technical review, regulatory guidance, and governance oversight to ensure alignment with Jacobs HSE program.
Lead and support incident notification, investigation, and reporting; facilitate injury management and return-to-work processes.
Review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables; participate in operational readiness reviews or other relevant forums.
Travel will primarily be to and from the project site. Future assignments may require additional travel within the US and potentially North America.
Qualifications- Associate degree or 2–3 years of relative HSE experience
- 1–2 years working experience in the industrial/construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- "Fit for Duty"
- Possess a current U.S. driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local agency requirements

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $59,900.00 to $78,600.00. Pay is based on location and other factors.
