Machine Operator 2nd shift

Job Description

Ariens Co is seeking motivated and experienced 2nd shift Machine Operators. You could be working with equipment ranging from Brake Presses, Lasers, or even auto‑mated Presses. • Pay: Starts at $18/hr + $1.00 per hr shift diff.
• Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 3:00PM-1:30AM with occasional Friday’s

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification’s, production control charts and others as required by work center)
• Proper operating techniques that do not cause machine damage and/or excessive tool wear
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work
• Operate machine or tool to standard work
• Interpret Blueprints to produce parts to print specification
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Working knowledge of Blueprint reading
• Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
