** Job Summary
** McKee Foods is seeking a
** Production Trainee
** to join our team at our Gentry, AR location. This position will report to the Production Supervisor. As a Production Trainee, you will play an important role on our high-speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include:  + Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping  + Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons  + Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes  + Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns
* Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
* Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
* Following production schedules and meeting production quotas
* Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
