Cleanroom Technician

Location: Fayetteville, AR

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift: 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional training or coursework in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory science, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Experience Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or food production experience preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, or aseptic processing is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow detailed written procedures and accurately complete documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and contamination control.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn new procedures quickly and work independently after training.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive production and cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to wear full cleanroom PPE for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout cleanroom and production areas as needed.
  • Ability to work in a sterile, controlled cleanroom environment while following strict gowning and contamination-control procedures.
Job Duties
  • Perform production activities in a sterile cleanroom while following proper gowning, handwashing, and aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare, stage, and inspect materials and components for pharmaceutical production.
  • Assist with sterile compounding and production processes according to established procedures.
  • Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
  • Clean and sanitize cleanroom equipment and production areas according to established schedules.
  • Inspect materials for quality, integrity, and expiration dates.
  • Complete accurate production records, batch documentation, and required paperwork.
  • Monitor production equipment and immediately report issues, deviations, or quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free work environment.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, quality, and production teams to meet production and quality goals.
