High school diploma or GED required. Additional training or coursework in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory science, or a related field is preferred.

Previous manufacturing, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or food production experience preferred. Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment preferred. Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, or aseptic processing is a plus but not required. Ability to follow detailed written procedures and accurately complete documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and contamination control. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to learn new procedures quickly and work independently after training.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift. Ability to perform repetitive production and cleaning tasks. Ability to wear full cleanroom PPE for extended periods. Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout cleanroom and production areas as needed. Ability to work in a sterile, controlled cleanroom environment while following strict gowning and contamination-control procedures.

Perform production activities in a sterile cleanroom while following proper gowning, handwashing, and aseptic techniques. Prepare, stage, and inspect materials and components for pharmaceutical production. Assist with sterile compounding and production processes according to established procedures. Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements. Clean and sanitize cleanroom equipment and production areas according to established schedules.

Inspect materials for quality, integrity, and expiration dates. Complete accurate production records, batch documentation, and required paperwork. Monitor production equipment and immediately report issues, deviations, or quality concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free work environment. Collaborate with pharmacy, quality, and production teams to meet production and quality goals.
