Maynard Inc.in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finish Technician to ensure all machined products meet the highest standards of
quality

fit

form
, and
appearance
. This role involves
deburring
, removing
sharp edges
and
imperfections
using
hand tools
,
pneumatic equipment
, and
finishing machinery
, as well as applying various
finishing techniques
to enhance final product aesthetics. The Finish Technician is responsible for
maintaining tools
,
documenting work
, supporting
inventory
needs, and upholding strict
safety
and
cleanliness
standards. Ideal candidates have strong
manual dexterity

technical skill

eye for detail
, and the ability to
collaborate
effectively in a fast-paced production environment. A commitment to

- Inspect and deburr machined parts
to meet internal and customer quality specifications - Use
hand tools, grinders, deburring wheels, sanders, and files
to finish components - Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
to ensure accuracy and conformance - Visually inspect parts
for surface defects, sharp edges, and irregularities - Follow detailed instructions to complete work per established procedures
- Maintain
clean and organized work spaces
, perform minor maintenance on tools - Collaborate with machine operators, inspectors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Accurately document work performed and report any discrepancies or issues
- Ability to
read blueprints, technical drawings
, and
process specifications - Familiarity with
measuring tools
(calipers, micrometers, etc.) is preferred - Excellent
attention to detail
and manual dexterity - Strong
work ethic
, self-initiative, and a desire to learn - Ability to
stand for extended periods
and lift moderate weights - Must be able to work independently and as part of a
