Fayetteville Works Site is currently taking applications for Operator Job Family Roles.
Multiple Job functions exist within the Operator Family Job Role s, each with compensation relative to the specific job description.
Job Functions for this posting include the following- 1 - IXM Finishing and Inspection Operator
- 2 - IXM WX Operator
- Provides for safety focus as well as efficient and effective operation for shift production tasks, Finishing and Inspection, Wet Out, Water Jet Cutting and Packaging of orders meeting established customer commitments.
- Take required samples; log into LIMS (Lab Information Management System), retrieve data and post in proper areas.
- Operation of fork truck and pallet jack.
- Safely set up, inspect, cut and package both dry membrane, fuel cell films and stored energy film using experience and accuracy required for customer required quality and on-time delivery.
- Knowledge and accurate execution of the pack-out / shipment processes.
- Performing primary or secondary independent verification for customer order accuracy in a manner that is totally customer focused.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, following all Site Safety Policies including the ability to wear prescribed personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team, participating in and providing for an environment for the realization of key performance goals and outcomes.
- Availability to work hours outside of normal work schedule as determined necessary.
- Successfully performing various tasks for processing, packaging, and shipping of materials in a manufacturing environment that requires attention to detail and total customer focus.
- Availability to travel with team to off-site vendor production facility for processing of material. Required to stay / lodge in Greensboro N.C. for periods of time of up to 5 nights.
- Job Description s require skills necessary for achieving key production and processing targets for quality, yield and on time delivery to customers.
