*** Provide a range of communications support, including internal communications and media relations, to assigned business unit/operating company.
* Monitor operating company social media conversations, including those on Facebook and Twitter, and coordinate engagement/response to those conversations with members of the Communication team.
* Gather media data, including social media posts, news postings, and industry articles, to provide operating company leadership and employees feedback on customer and industry conversations and issues.
* Provide support to corporate branding through familiarity and support of corporate identity standards in printed and electronic communications.

*** Bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, communications, public relations, or related degree.

* Strong written and oral communications and relationship-building skills.

3. Ability to work independently and part of a team, quickly and creatively under tight deadlines.

* Experience in digital communications, including social media engagement, preferred.
* Internship experience in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing preferred.
