Our fast-growing agency is on the hunt for a Client Service Coordinator to join us on our journey of building the industry's next great force in the experiential marketing space.
Here’s what we do:- Design, produce, and activate experiential live brand experience at events nationwide
- Product sampling & field marketing programs for various beverage & snack brands
- National mobile tour programs

Here’s what we are looking for:An eager Client Services Coordinator, responsible for supporting the Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets and deadlines for creative campaigns and individual client projects & programs
Here’s what you’ll need to do:- Coordinate and participate in the entire project cycle
- Plan and handling program elements
- Championing the vision of the project/program
- Assist in developing and overseeing the project/program execution
- Company Credit Card & Expenses:
Employees may be issued a company credit card for business-related expenses, and must ensure proper use, retain receipts, and submit weekly expense reports for approval
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in marketing, advertising or related field) and internship level marketing experience + knowledge of the experiential marketing/events industry
- 1-3 years of events/experiential experience, either agency or in house
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or the equivalent
- Demonstrates an understanding of the essentials of marketing and event production
- Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
- Thrave in a fast-paced, super cool environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work closely with the JFS team and clients
- The role may require work outside of typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet deadlines or support critical projects.
- The position might involve on-call responsibilities or rotating shifts to ensure project coverage outside of normal business hours
- The job may require travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, or support projects.
