• Serve as the spiritual leader for the Church in a small, rural town in Marianna, AR. Provide pastoral care, lead worship, teach the Word of God, and engage with the community. This role requires a dedicated individual with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, who is comfortable with a hands-on, multifaceted ministry approach.

• Lead weekly worship services, including sermon preparation and delivery.
• Conduct special services such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to church members and community members.
• Organize and lead Bible studies, prayer meetings, and other spiritual growth activities.
• Encourage and support the growth of faith within the congregation.
• Actively participate in and support community events and initiatives.
• Build relationships with local leaders and residents.
• Represent the Church in a positive and welcoming manner.

• Bachelor's degree in theology or a related field preferred.
• Experience in pastoral ministry, preferable in a small church setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong faith, a servant's heart, and a passion for ministry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, willingness to embrace a hands-on approach to ministry.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits package commensurate with experience, housing allowance or housing provided, and paid time off.
