In-Home Nurse Supervisor – Independence, MO

We’re looking for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area. If you love mentoring nurses, building relationships, and bringing calm leadership into home-based care, this role is for you.

• Work that truly matters — to patients, families, and caregivers

• Complete client visits, including initial and reassessment visits for APC clients
• Build strong relationships with staff, caseworkers, patients, and families
• Provide training, APC certification support, and in-services for nursing staff
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate professional nurses
• Ensure nursing services meet company and state requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource to the care team
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
• Participate in quality initiatives, meetings, and education
• Assist with hiring and onboarding as needed
• Jump in where needed — because teamwork matters

• Active RN license
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• 1+ year of professional nursing experience (within the last 3 years)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Home Health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, professional, people-first attitude
