Responsibilities- Room patients and obtain accurate vitals, medical histories, and medication lists
- Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits and procedures
- Administer injections and immunizations per provider orders
- Perform specimen collection and EKGs
- Manage tasks, phone calls, prescription refills, and patient messages
- Accurately document in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection‑control standards
- Support clinic flow in a high‑volume setting while maintaining patient satisfaction
- Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
- Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and patient‑focused
