• Room patients and obtain accurate vitals, medical histories, and medication lists
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits and procedures
• Administer injections and immunizations per provider orders
• Perform specimen collection and EKGs
• Manage tasks, phone calls, prescription refills, and patient messages
• Accurately document in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection‑control standards
• Support clinic flow in a high‑volume setting while maintaining patient satisfaction

• Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
• Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and patient‑focused
