Neonatology Nurse Practitioner - 1-2 Weeks Per Month in Arkansas
We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for an ongoing inpatient assignment in Arkansas.

This role offers the chance to support a Level III NICU with a manageable patient volume.

Inpatient Level III NICU
26-bed unit
Average daily census of 7-10 NICU patients
Nursery volume typically ranges from 10-15
Schedule
Ongoing monthly coverage needed
24-hour shifts (8a-8a)
Rotating schedule including weekends still available
Only 1-2 weeks of coverage required per month
Procedures and Cases
Daily critical care management
Delivery room attendance and neonatal resuscitation
Proficiency in all critical care skills required
Occasional transport assistance
Requirements
Active Arkansas license required
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
Minimum 12 months of experience
Current PALS and NRP certifications
Credentialing Requirements
Board certified or board eligible within 5 years
120-day credentialing timeframe
Full credentialing support provided
