Summary of

Job Duties:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direct supervision of licensed nurses or medical providers to administer direct patient care- either in person or through telehealth- and assist with the flow of patients in the GYN/women's clinic. The job duties for this position include but are not limited to obtaining patient history, vitals and other screening procedures to prepare patients for exams and procedures;

assisting medical providers; obtaining specimens/performing point of care laboratory tests; and other duties as assigned.

This position is designated as a remote essential role and requires availability during campus closures or emergencies. In such events, a dedicated team of medical professionals will be on standby to provide care through telehealth services, if deemed appropriate. All telehealth services will comply with Arkansas State Medical Board regulations and consider the nature of the medical issue, patient preference, and available resources.
