A well-established dermatology practice in northwestern Arkansas is seeking a Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team in a high-volume outpatient setting. The provider will evaluate and manage a broad range of medical and cosmetic dermatology conditions, including chronic skin disease management and elective aesthetic services as applicable, within a collaborative physician-led environment, offering a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working under a board-certified dermatologist
• Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in Arkansas
• Strong proficiency in general medical dermatology including diagnosis and management of common skin conditions
• Ability to perform independent patient evaluations while working within established clinical protocols
• Interest in cosmetic dermatology services preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and patient communication skills
