Travel Labor & Delivery RN opportunity in Fayetteville, AR: join a fast-paced women’s health team, care for laboring and postpartum patients, and make an impact in a supportive Northwest Arkansas community. • Start Date: 8/24/2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; 2 call shifts per scheduled period
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990

• 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills in a high-acuity maternal health setting

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with labor support, deliveries, and immediate newborn care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care team members to support positive outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in call coverage and weekend scheduling as assigned
• Promote a supportive, patient-centered experience for families during one of life’s most important moments
