• Weekly pay: $2,062-$2,143 per week
• Shift: Rotating (Day/Night Rotation; Holidays and Weekends)
• Travel assignment in Med Surg Tele with Healthforce Healthcare LLC
• No guaranteed hours

• Provide direct patient care for individuals on Medicine or Med Surg Tele admission criteria
• Monitor patient status, perform regular assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapies
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to support admission criteria and care planning
• Document nursing care accurately in the medical record, following unit policies and compliance standards
• Respond to changes in patient conditions, elevate to the team as needed, and participate in discharge planning

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year Med Surg Tele experience
• Education:
  
  Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Preferred: BSN or Magnet-recognized certification
• Ability to work in a Med Surg Tele setting with rotating Day/Night shifts
